We back every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and purchased directly from Luxe Nutrition. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please call us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to process your claim.
The following items cannot be returned: opened supplements, products purchased on clearance or final sale, and items not purchased from Luxe Nutrition directly. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
All returns are handled in-store or by phone. Call us at (509) 515-2199 during business hours and a team member will walk you through the process. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when you call.
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. In-store credit is also available if preferred.
We're happy to exchange a product for a different flavor, size, or item of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us by phone or visit us in store to arrange an exchange.
